— What we do

New construction
plumbing work.

We've roughed in everything from single-family homes to commercial buildings. Each job is planned from the prints, installed to code, and coordinated tightly with the rest of your build schedule.

Under-Slab DWV

Drain, waste, and vent piping installed under the slab before the pour — sized, sloped, and tested.

Water Supply Rough-In

Hot and cold supply lines run through walls and floors with proper supports, shut-offs, and isolation valves.

Gas Piping

Black iron or CSST gas distribution to ranges, water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces, and outdoor appliances.

Sewer & Water Service Tie-Ins

Connecting your building to the city main — with the excavation handled in-house by our own crews.

Fixture & Trim Install

Final fixture set: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, water heaters, and any specialty equipment spec'd for the job.

Permits & Inspections

We pull every required permit and walk through each inspection — rough-in, top-out, and final.

— Why choose us

Built to pass.
Built to last.

New construction plumbing is mostly invisible after the walls go up — which is exactly why it has to be done right the first time. We focus on quality work that holds up for decades.

Excavation in-house

From service tie-ins to under-slab work, we handle the digging ourselves — no waiting on subs, no surprise day-rates.

Built to code

Every system is installed to local code, properly permitted, and inspected at each stage of the build.

On your schedule

We coordinate with your GC, framer, electrician, and HVAC so the project keeps moving.

— Our process

From prints to
final inspection.

Every new build follows the same predictable rhythm. Here's how we run each phase from bid to occupancy.

01

Plans & Bid

We review prints, walk the site, and provide a clear, itemized bid.

02

Under-Slab Rough-In

DWV and supply lines installed before the slab is poured — tested and inspected.

03

Top-Out

Walls roughed in after framing — supply, drain, vent, and gas lines set for inspection.

04

Finish & Final

Fixtures installed, system pressure-tested, final inspection passed, ready for occupancy.

Get on the
schedule.

Tell us about the build — a single-family home, a multi-family rough-in, a light commercial space. Send us the prints and we'll get back to you the same day with a real person on the line.
